Mr. Deng Liangping founded J Racing in 2004. After more than ten years of continuous development and progress, it has formed its present large scale. Deng Liangping is not only the legal representative of Jiangrui Company, but also the president of Jinling Internet Chamber of Commerce in October 2012 and the president of Nanjing Import and Export Chamber of Commerce in June 2015. Nanjing Import and Export Chamber of Commerce is an industrial and non-profit organization voluntarily formed by various enterprises, institutions, intermediaries, research institutes, social organizations, relevant financial institutions and individuals engaged in foreign trade and economic cooperation. The Chamber of Commerce now has more than 500 member units.

J Racing was established in Nanjing, China, in 2004, the first production base was established in Danyang, China, in 2005, and the second production base was established in 2009. It has a complete set of cold-bending rolling production line, full-automatic welding production line and electrostatic powder spraying production line. The factory has also built a finished product warehouse so that all the products produced will be put into storage. After more than ten years of development, J Racing has become a well-known supplier of industrial shelf manufacturing in Asia, Australia, North America and other regions.

Jiang Rui has a sound quality certification system such as ISO 9001: 2000 quality control system, international standard certification system: FEM 10.2.02 ( European Mechanical Handling Association Standard ), SEMA ( British Warehouse Equipment Manufacturers Association, RMI ( American Shelf Manufacturing Association ) and AS 4084 - 1993 ( Australian Standard - Steel Storage Shelf ).
