Apart from China Postal Express, JD Express and SF Express, which remained in operation in Wuhan during the past lockdown, nine other express services, including ZTO Express, YTO Express, STO Express and Yunda Express, have returned to normal operations in the city as of Saturday. It is expected that 60 percent of the express operation covering the city will resume by the end of this month while 80 percent at the beginning of April and 90 percent in the middle.
